Refund policy

1. The principle

Phoss has no free trial because it does not need one: on the monthly cycle, a month costs 9.- and can be cancelled at any time. A period that has started is not refunded, except in the cases of article 4; termination takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access remains open until then.

2. Monthly

No commitment. The customer cancels whenever they wish; no further charge is made after cancellation, and the current month is not refunded.

3. Yearly

The year is paid in advance, 97.20. A customer who cancels during the year keeps access until the due date; the current year is not refunded.

4. Refund cases

• a charge made in error, or twice;
• a charge made after a valid cancellation;
• termination by the publisher without any breach by the customer, pro rata to the remaining paid period.

Refunds are made to the payment method used, in the currency paid, within thirty days. The publisher is not registered for VAT: no VAT is charged, and therefore none is refunded.

5. Complaints

Any complaint is sent to the contact address at the end of this document, with the payment reference. The publisher replies within ten working days.

6. Governing law and language

This policy is governed by Swiss law, like the terms and conditions. In the event of discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
